TRY ME ROASTED!
Cut Brussels sprouts in half and toss with oil, salt and pepper.
Place cut side down on a baking tray.
Roast for 20–25 minutes until golden.
TRY ME AIR FRIED
Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
Halve Brussels sprouts and toss with oil, salt and pepper.
Arrange in the basket in a single layer.
Cook at 180°C for 10–15 minutes until crispy.
TRY ME STEAMED
Bring water to a boil in a steamer or pot.
Cut Brussels sprouts in half.
Place in steamer and cover.
Steam for 5–8 minutes until tender.
