TRY ME ROASTED!

  1. Cut Brussels sprouts in half and toss with oil, salt and pepper.

  2. Place cut side down on a baking tray.

  3. Roast for 20–25 minutes until golden.

TRY ME AIR FRIED

  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C.

  2. Halve Brussels sprouts and toss with oil, salt and pepper.

  3. Arrange in the basket in a single layer.

  4. Cook at 180°C for 10–15 minutes until crispy.

TRY ME STEAMED

  1. Bring water to a boil in a steamer or pot.

  2. Cut Brussels sprouts in half.

  3. Place in steamer and cover.

  4. Steam for 5–8 minutes until tender.
